We have a 14-day return policy.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@fillthespiit.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Nerello Mascalese 100%.

Soil
Typical volcanic soil, well-drained with variable depth, sub-acidic reaction and rich of organic substances. Sandy loam texture with a high presence of stone.


Training system
- Old vineyard (1948): N-S orientation counter-espalier, average spacing 0.70 x 2.30.
- Young vineyard (2013): N-S orientation counter-espalier, spacing 0.80 x 2.2.
- Alberello vineyard (2013 and 2021): spacing 120 x 120.
Pruning
Short two bud pruning on both the bush and the spurred cordon espalier.
Vinification
Manual harvest during the last week of September; skin maceration at 23 oC for approximately 10 days and fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by racking of the clear must and pressing.
Maturation
8 months in steel tanks.
