Made from an authentic French rum, the aroma of SoberRum 0.0% is typical of old rum, slightly woody with notes of caramelised dried fruits and a touch of vanilla.

HOW IT'S MADE
In the heart of France, in a distillery dating back to 1875, we carefully guard the secret of making SOBER-Rum, the world's first non-alcoholic spirit, made out of an authentic French rum.
This process takes several days and requires almost half a dozen different techniques, the two main ones being the extraction of alcohol and distillation in copper stills that are over a century old.
HOW TO USE
For all your cocktails, SOBER-Rum is to be used in exactly the same way and with the same proportions as an alcoholic rum. (on average, 4cl to 5cl per glass).
