Baptised in California. When Trader Vic, a figure of tiki culture, offered his two friends from Tahiti a cocktail using several Caribbean rums, refreshed with lime and almond flavours, the “Mai tai roa ae”, the “best in the world”, was born.

Le BARTELEUR leverages the exotic feel of this cocktail that became all the rage when sipped by Elvis Presley in the movie Blue Hawaii. This flavour specialist boosts the tart freshness of lime with the original taste of yuzu, opening up the palette of citrus with flavours of yellow grapefruit and mandarin.
An exotic voyage with its kumquat and yuzu, together with a golden and vanilla color similar to its dark rum. A fresh and solar pleasure between the acidity of the verjus and the spiced warmth of the rum.

Ingredients
YUZU: Born in China, son of the mandarine and the Ichang lemon, this citrus with a unique acidity offers its fresh sourness and vitamins to my Mai Tai.
KUMQUAT: Oval fruit originally from the far east, this citrus with a unique acidity and perfumed skin brings brings it's acidic, sweet and tart bouquet into the twist of my Mai Tai.
VERJUS: Used in France before the lemon reached its fame, this vert-juice would subsidise the citrus and vinegar in many preparations. This acidic liquid made of prematurely picked grapes, signes my Mai Tai.

The oil pourer which arrived is nothing like the ones I previously bought from you in the Bluewater store, nothing like the image of the black and silver pourer in your email, and nothing like the one I wanted.
Very disappointed and will now have to spend more money elsewhere to get the pourer I wanted.
Bought as a Christmas gift via the website. I saw the stand at MK1 shopping centre and tasted some samples from the lovely French man! Ordering was really easy. I adore this bottle and absolutely love the personal message you can add to the bottle. Free delivery via the code from the MK1 leaflet is always a bonus. The organza bag for £1 extra really sets it off, my only disappointment was I wanted the upgraded glass stopper for the bottle, but they had sold out. I received a very prompt refund for this. As you can see it's under the tree waiting to be gifted to my brother.
I visited the Milton Keynes branch for a gift for my partner who is a lover of vodka, I had toffee vodka in the past and was told it’s seasonal so I came back to purchase it! The receipt I have said the name was Lewis who served me and my mama, he was a young man wearing a nice suit, he was working with his boss. We had a really nice conversation and he was extremely helpful, polite and most importantly very funny he made my mama laugh a lot; I wanted to write about him because his customer service is what will be bringing me back every-time I need a fancy drink for a gift! The products are always tasty and the presentation is always on point, thank you very much for the great service and product!

Great, choose your own flavoured gin, add a stopper and bag for a little extra cost, to make it even more special and then had it engraved. Love it, would recommend buying.
