Made from French verjus, L’Original unfolds a flavorful palette where fresh notes of rosemary, intertwine with the aniseed finesse of fennel and anise, balanced by the gentle bitterness of gentian, and rounded off with a delicate touch of fig.

Crafted from an authentic French rum, the aroma of Sober Spirits R 0.0% - Rum alternative is typical of old rum, slightly woody with notes of caramelized dried fruits and a hint of vanilla.

For all your cocktails, our Rum Alternative is to be used in the same way and with the same dosage as an alcoholic rum (4 to 5cl per cocktail).

This non-alcoholic sparkling takes you under the sun with its fine bubbles and notes of orchard fruits and fig leaves. A beautiful tangy tension from the verjus is balanced by the light tannins of Paralaï black tea.

The founders, Laura and Marion, both worked in the world of spirits and realised that there was nothing on the market that combined taste, complexity and pleasure without alcohol.
