Below FAQ are some common concerns of our customers before & after placing an order. Orders are processed and reviewed throughout the day. Depending on your chosen delivery service through the checkout process we will dispatch / process accordingly and if there any problems we will be in touch as soon as possible.
Cut-off time for next day deliveries are 1PM Monday to Friday, and 10AM Saturday. Orders placed after 10AM on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
All you need to do is simply drop us an email with your order number, the email address used to place the order, and the discount code you wished to apply providing the code is applicable to your order. We can arrange a refund for the total discount you should have received. (excluding delivery charges).
There are a few reasons why it may not be working for you:
Check that the spellings and numbers are correct when entering your code. Check the discount code is valid and the contents of your basket meet the threshold for the code you’re using.
