A deep ruby red colour, a full, vinous scent with hints of freshly ripe red fruit and a delicate herbaceous trail, all extremely balanced. It ennobles the smell of a very pleasant mineral nuance.

The colour is a bright ruby red, with a violet nail, captivating for its aroma all played on floral and fruity notes of raspberry, rose and forest strawberry. In the mouth the taste is satisfying, pleasant with a dry finish.

Its color is light copper with amber shades. Rich in aromas of thyme and herbs and white fruits, pears and apples quince and citrus. With an intense and mineral taste, with delicate and sweet tannins.

Organic life style

The whole farm has 20 hectares of which 11 are vineyards, surrounded by forests and hedges, located at over 470 meters above sea level. The organic sector now looks to an even more fascinating horizon, that of being transformed into a organic farm.

I have my father in front of me who followed the traditions and I am convinced that today the future must seize that part of the past that becomes current thus becoming innovative. The use of methods that approach to organic is an opportunity more that has a small company to propose an alternative different than the big productions and allows to realize a fascinating wine that is the direct expression of the land in which it is born".
