Shipping policy
IL GUSTO delivers to the UK, All prices for delivery are automatically calculated and the customer gets the option to select the preferred delivery method at the 'checkout'. All orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Fridays after 3 pm and on weekends are processed on Monday. Shipments within the U.K.

Weekend Operations
Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM and before Saturday 11 AM will be processed on Saturday (Delivery method: DPD) and dispatched according to the delivery service selected. All orders with UPS shipping service will be dispatched on Monday.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
All alcohol products sold by IL GUSTO SPIRITS are sold subject to UK alcohol tax. For all deliveries outside of the UK, VAT will not be charged. However, your order will be subject to local sales taxes and duties upon arrival in your chosen country, which are levied at the time the package clears customs. All additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, FILL THE SPIRIT LTD has no control over these charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Refusal to pay the local import duties and taxes will result in the goods either being:
- destroyed by customs; or
- goods being returned to sender at the cost of the consignee (costs will be deducted from any refund owed).
If your order is being held by your local customs office, you will be able to determine this from the information viewable through the tracking process.
