The oil pourer which arrived is nothing like the ones I previously bought from you in the Bluewater store, nothing like the image of the black and silver pourer in your email, and nothing like the one I wanted.
Very disappointed and will now have to spend more money elsewhere to get the pourer I wanted.
Bought as a Christmas gift via the website. I saw the stand at MK1 shopping centre and tasted some samples from the lovely French man! Ordering was really easy. I adore this bottle and absolutely love the personal message you can add to the bottle. Free delivery via the code from the MK1 leaflet is always a bonus. The organza bag for £1 extra really sets it off, my only disappointment was I wanted the upgraded glass stopper for the bottle, but they had sold out. I received a very prompt refund for this. As you can see it's under the tree waiting to be gifted to my brother.
I visited the Milton Keynes branch for a gift for my partner who is a lover of vodka, I had toffee vodka in the past and was told it’s seasonal so I came back to purchase it! The receipt I have said the name was Lewis who served me and my mama, he was a young man wearing a nice suit, he was working with his boss. We had a really nice conversation and he was extremely helpful, polite and most importantly very funny he made my mama laugh a lot; I wanted to write about him because his customer service is what will be bringing me back every-time I need a fancy drink for a gift! The products are always tasty and the presentation is always on point, thank you very much for the great service and product!

Packed completely inappropriately
Glass shards everywhere and passed the buck to the delivery diver as the had not bothered to package properly on dispatch. However second q came and was actually boxed correctly. Maybe should do first time.
Brought this as special birthday present, as it was different, I don't like getting the same old thing, and this was just what I was looking for. Great, choose your own flavoured gin, add a stopper and bag for a little extra cost, to make it even more special and then had it engraved. Love it, would recommend buying.
