"The evening was a great success and this is in part due to the quality of their canape’s and efficiency and delicacy of the service. We asked for mainly cold foods but using top quality products and the Mozzarella, prosciutto, cheese were all first rate. I also requested a hot dish and they made a saffron risotto which was cooked to perfection and extremely tasty. They manage to be efficient but yet also have that wonderful Mediterranean flexibility."
