We have a 14-day return policy.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@fillthespiit.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Grape variety
Carricante 80%, Catarratto 10%, Grillo 10%.

Soil
Typical volcanic soil, well-drained with variable depth, sub-acidic reaction and rich of organic substances. Sandy loam texture with a high presence of stone.


Training system
- Vineyards planted in 2007 and 2013: N-S orientation counter-espalier, spacing 0.80 x 2.2.
- Vineyards planted in 2022: N-S orientation counter-espalier, spacing 0.90 x 2.2.
Pruning
Carricante and Catarratto: Short pruning to two-bud spurs on a spurred cordon trellis system.
Grillo: Long pruning to six-bud canes on a Guyot training system.
Vinification
Manual harvesting in the last week of September; cryomaceration on the skins at 7–8oC for 8 hours, racking of the clear must, gentle pressing, and fermentation with indigenous yeasts at 15oC for approximately 10 days.
