100% Cortese grapes, a straw yellow color with beautiful intensity and good consistency. On the nose, it is intense and complex, with hints of citrus, white flowers, and ripe fruit, with distinct, almost aromatic notes.
The grapes are harvested in mid-September and vinified in steel with temperature-controlled fermentation (18°C), followed by maturation in steel and bottle aging.
Alcohol content: 12°C
Our current focus is on ever-increasing environmental awareness, as sustainable winemaking and cultivation methods ensure a "good and healthy" product, with the goal of preserving the earth's vitality and human health.
The Guido family has a historic vocation for winemaking, in fact they have been involved in growing vines and producing wine since the last century "legend has it that our great-great-grandparents brought wine to the 1000 in the port of Genoa...", while history actually tells us that our grandparents saved the family vineyards from phylloxera by grafting onto American vines, preserving the historic vines of our territory.
