A beer created to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the brewery. It is produced with the "Arthemisia Cretacea" plant, typical of the Val d'Orcia, accompanied by the aromas of sage and lemon, as well as a selection of special hops used to achieve a high level of bitterness typical of IPA beers.

Available in a standard bottle or with the special pink metallic gold coating.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

  • Style : Clear double malt. Raw, unpasteurized and unfiltered beer. Refermented in the bottle. (White IPA)
  • Ingredients:Acqua del Vivo d'Orcia, barley malt, cereals, hops, yeast, arthemisia plant, lemongrass, sage, spices.
  • Alcohol content: 6.5% vol.

  • Serving temperature : 5-7°C
  • Preservation : Store in a cool place and away from light.
  • Available in : 75 cl / 750 ml. also not metallic.

Our History

The beginning of Birrificio San Quirico story reveals our goal: we did not choose a product and then looked for the ingredients to do it, but we selected "our" ingredient around which we have built a top-quality product. As our name itself indicates, the connection with our land is not only a geographical element, but also the past that we carry inside and the future to which we look. The brewery's project was born of the desire to give value to a product, the cereals of the Val d'Orcia, which speaks of the history of these lands, once called the "wheat belt of Tuscany".
