The Sambuca of the IL GUSTO pink is a sweet anise-flavoured liqueur of the Italian tradition obtained by mixing alcohol with essential oil and distilled star anise, green anise, fennel, and other aromatic herbs. Sweet and delicate and with an intense scent it takes all its sensorial harmony from star anise that characterizes it in such a way as to define it as "five-star"

How to serve it
It can be served at room temperature, with ice and the addition of 2-3 coffee beans into the glass. It is a traditional Italian way to serve it called “Sambuca con le Mosche” which means Sambuca with flies.
