Product Description

The IL GUSTO Spanish Brandy matured for more than 10 years in old oak sherry barrels using the traditional Solera method. This gives the brandy its brilliant amber color. Its full bouquet, silky-soft character, and a nuanced aroma that reveals vanilla, roasted almonds, and a hint of nutmeg make it a special brandy. This brandy contains the sun of Andalusia. The Solera and Criadera process, in which young distillates are blended with more mature ones, creates a brandy that is full of complexity and of special quality.  A product that is difficult to source, we at IL Gusto are happy to have.
