Apricots, the fully ripe fruits from Vintschgau - above Meran, keep their fruity freshness with their typical, pleasant sour aroma and lifelike in their colour. This liqueur is based on juice, which is handled carefully by the producer. Two or three teaspoons of this apricot liqueur, filled up with dry sparkling wine, arise a marvellous aperitif. It also suits for sorbet or dessert and it's needless to say that it is a must for Südtiroler Marillenknödel.
